INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMISSION OF ON-LINE APPLICATION

Instructions to be read before filling application
  • Form to be filled from website in Desktop/Laptop or iPad/Tablet.
  • Student Mobile Number should be linked with Digilocker.
  • Student email ID should be of student only & it should be active.
  • Signature should not be capital letters and not in short form. It should be complete name in English.
  • Photo Guidelines
    • Latest Passport Size Photo should be required.
    • Photo background should be white.
    • Photograph should not be taken with name & date.
    • Photograph should not be with cap or goggles.
Steps for filling Enrollment Form:
  • Click on “ Proceed to Apply”
  • Click on "Candidate Registration"
  • Fill details as per format and click Submit
  • A four digit OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number and email id which will be verified
  • Go to Login Page
  • Use user id and password for Next Step.

STEP-I Registration/ Sign Up
a. Here the system asks for Candidates Personal Information including: NEET No., Course, Name, Father’s/husband's name, Mother's name, Domicile State, Category, DOB, Gender, Contact no., Email-Id, Educational Qualification details, Migration details, Bank Account details of student, PAN number, Aadhar number, Blood Group and other relevant information. With Updated Photograph name_surname_photograph.jpeg & Signature name_surname_signature.jpeg Size of file should be between 25KB-50KB
b. Verify details then Click on “Save & Next” button at bottom of the page

STEP-2 Upload Documents
a. The following separate documents will be uploaded as detailed below. Use a scan resolution of at least 300 DPI. Documents should be not more than 100KB-500KB

STEP-3 Confirmation Page
a. Click Save and Preview
b. Check for corrections, if any press Edit. Please ensure accuracy of data
c. Click Final Submit
d. Print Confirmation
